TakeItWhen Pro comes in two plans, both paid via PayPal:

• Yearly: $29.99 for 1 year, paid once. It does not auto-renew; when the year ends your account goes back to the free plan unless you buy again.
• Monthly: $3.99 per month (where offered). It renews automatically every month and PayPal charges you $3.99 each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime.

Cancelling monthly: cancel in PayPal (Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments > TakeItWhen > Cancel), or email [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you. After you cancel, no further charges are made and Pro stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan. If a monthly payment fails and PayPal can't collect it, Pro ends at the end of the last paid month.

What you get: up to 3 timing questions per calendar month (Vietnam time), asked from My account. Unused questions don't carry over. We research each question and reply by email with a personal mini-newsletter within 3 business days, with evidence grades and sources. Reminders and multiple schedules are coming soon and are not yet included. Some questions can't be answered safely without your doctor; we'll tell you when that's the case.

Activation: pay with the same email address you use to sign in to TakeItWhen. Pro activates automatically once PayPal confirms the payment. If you paid with a different email, write to [email protected] and we'll link it.

Reuse of questions: if you tick the consent box when asking, we may reuse your question and our answer in future newsletters or articles, anonymized: no name, email or personal details. Without that tick we won't reuse it.

Refunds: yearly: full refund within 14 days of purchase. Monthly: full refund of your first monthly payment within 14 days; later months aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime so you aren't charged again. Ask at [email protected]. A refund ends Pro access for the period refunded.

FAQ

Does Pro renew automatically? Yearly: no, it's a one-time payment. Monthly: yes, $3.99 every month until you cancel.

How do I cancel the monthly plan? In PayPal under Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments, choose TakeItWhen and cancel. Or email [email protected] and we'll do it for you.

What happens when I cancel? You're not charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.

Which plan is cheaper? Yearly: $29.99 works out to $2.50 a month, 37% less than 12 monthly payments ($47.88).
