Privacy

We store your email, signup time and your schedule settings so we can send the newsletter and restore your plan. We count page views ourselves, and we also use Microsoft Clarity (see below). We never sell your data.

Microsoft Clarity: we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site. It records anonymised clicks, scrolls and mouse movements and builds heatmaps, so we can fix confusing parts. Anything you type into form fields, including your email, is masked and not recorded. Clarity sets cookies and the data is sent to and processed by Microsoft; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Vietnam (Personal Data Protection, Decree 13/2023/ND-CP): the data we store is your email address and your schedule settings. We use it only to send you the TakeItWhen newsletter. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].

Accounts and Pro: if you sign in, we store your email, a sign-in session cookie (needed to keep you signed in; no tracking), your Pro status and PayPal transaction ID (from PayPal, to activate Pro automatically), and the timing questions you send us. We reuse a question and answer, anonymized, only if you tick the consent box.
